1. Founder's Office

remote · fixed term to permament

This is a generalist role on the founding team. You work directly with the founders in rooms with CXOs of companies doing hundreds to thousands of crores in revenue helping sell and deploy AI infrastructure for them.

What you will do

• Join customer meetings and own the follow-up.
• Keep deployments on track: access, timelines, and everything between our team and theirs.
• Write proposals, documentation and website copy.
• Pick up whatever operational work has no owner yet.

Who we are looking for

• Early in your career, and you want breadth more than a narrow title.
• You write clearly and can hold your own with senior people.
• ou do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable around technology, bonus if you have built automations or tools for yourself.

2. ML Research Intern remote · internship

This is a research role. Come train and ship speech models and code on production data, on our own compute. The work is scientific: form a hypothesis about why a model fails or debug a system, design an experiment, run it, know whether the result means anything.

What you will do

• Train and evaluate models on telephony-band audio, real Indian phone lines, speakers who switch languages mid-sentence.
• Work with neural codecs and the pipeline between raw audio and what a model sees.
